Join us for ‘LEICS SWAP’, our clothing swap and social/networking event! to kick off four days of LFW March 2025: event takes place in the Violin Room at Peter Pizzeria, 9 Welford Place, Leicester LE1 6ZH.
We’ll be giving away a pair of tickets to our fashion show at the stunning The City Rooms on Sunday, March 23 to the first 10 people to come along with items to LEICS SWAP
Our partner Peter Pizzeria is offering a 15 % discount on Pizza for those who come to swap.

How it works:
To participate, visitors are required to bring up to five items to donate, which they can swap for up to five items. Surplus clothing from the event will be donated to local charity shops.
DROP: 4 pm -7.30 pm
Rolling drop and swap
You will be able to drop items from 4 pm until 7:30 pm. We open the doors for drop only at 4 pm, this gives us chance to populate the shop before we officially open the doors for swapping at 6 pm.
Bring up to 5 items to trade for tokens. Items will be assessed by the Swap Shop Assistants on arrival and displayed on the rails. Once the items are traded for tokens they go straight onto the shop floor, so make sure you are 100% sure before you pass them over.
Sustainable Clothes Swap Guidelines:
– The event will be held on Thursday 20 March at Peter Pizzeria, with a Swap ‘n’ Sips happening from 6 pm – 8 pm
– The event will be run on a first come first served basis
– Participants should bring their own shopping bags: bags will not be available at the event
– There will be no changing rooms at the event and participants must not change in public
– To participate in the clothes swap participants must donate up to five items of clothing to the event.
– We cannot give you more than five swapping tokens
– Items will be categorised into relevant tiers (1 token under £50, 2 tokens over £50) based on the type, brand, RRP and condition. This will dictate how many tokens you can use to shop for new items. 2 token items will have a yellow sticker assigned to them. This is a community driven swap where we accept items from high street up to high end.
– Only adult clothing will be accepted. *No Underwear/Swimwear/Worn shoes
– All clothes donations must be in clean and wearable condition
– Participants are encouraged to wash their new items before wear
Except as laid out above, no purchase or payment of any form is required for entry into the event, though extra clothes donations to a charity partner of our choice are greatly appreciated
